Ability to link articles/ guides / videos within the mutual action plan points :)

Having variables pull into the mutual action plan would allow us to personalise at scale.

The ability to create folders for storing and organising media assets would keep everything neat, tidy, and organised.

The ability to lock templates so that the marketing team could produce beautiful templates and then the sales teams just have to input the relevant data, without being able to remove widgets / change branding etc..

Being able to see what buttons have been clicked and how many times would be a very valuable insight

It will be useful to have a small bit of text under each image in the media grid to add some context / caption to each image.

The ability to create folders to store and organise pods would keep everything neat and tidy, allow teams, functions, and use cases their own ring-fenced pods.

It would be useful to be able to assign or change the team for a piece of content after it has been uploaded.

The way you can do LIVE MODE of a pod, you should be able to preview a template.

Some users are missing the Pages functionality when viewing Pods - being able to edit these to be more eye catching or adding a Next page button at the bottom of a Pod would help.
